See, I am doing a new thing…

Dear Reader,

It is hard to believe that I began a weekly Lectio Divina page on this website almost 10 months ago! I have prayed over this calling regularly and many times with tears. As you can read in my “Living the Word” post, Chapter and Verse, I am stepping back from things that just don’t feel like the best fit. For myself, daily Lectio continues to be like streams of living water for my spiritual life. For this website it appears to be more like a dry riverbed that is not often visited. I am going to be stepping back from weekly postings and at the suggestion of a good and Godly friend I will post when I really feel the driving force of the Holy Spirit and trust that whoever was meant to receive will in fact receive. I encourage each and every person who reads this to step into God’s Word regularly and ask yourselves the questions: 1. What stood out in this scripture to me? 2. What is God saying to me in this scripture? 3. How can I apply this to my life? Be lovers and doers of the Holy Word!
